We were approached by a property developer to transform a previous planning approval into a contemporary visionary scheme for two bespoke homes.
We wanted to create two amazing homes that made use of the beautiful rolling views over the valley around Hipperholme. We made use of local, natural materials such as zinc, timber and reclaimed stone to break up the elevations and add some visual interest to the site. The site was overlooked and had a number of constraints to work to. We were able to use these negatives as the driving force behind the scheme which created two bespoke homes that still had an edge of the local aesthetic style.
