We were commissioned to rethink a previously developed site for a new dwelling. Our client wanted to redesign the scheme to create an efficient and contemporary yet marketable home that was profitable for development.
We used the existing approval as a basis and reimaged the site from there. By reducing the house footprint and re-curating the spaces to work much more efficiently, it enabled us to improve the usability of the home without compromising on lost space.
The site’s beautiful location called for something that used the surroundings traditional Yorkshire materials with a contemporary twist.
We introduced a number of strong horizontal and vertical featured using bright white render to enhance these linear features to bring some kerb-side appeal to the home.
