We were commissioned to convert and extend an unloved terrace home into a five en-suite bedroom HMO for student accommodation in Huddersfield.
Our clients brief was “make it instagram-able”.
We attracted the clients’ target market by creating a series of contemporary, light and open spaces that were enjoyable but functional to live in.
We were able to create a two-storey mezzanine living, kitchen and dining space with minimal impact on neighbouring properties and the host dwelling by submerging the proposed extension into the topography of the site.
